The Fiji Men’s National 7s team will play Australia in the semi final of the 7s World Cup after beating Samoa 21-10 in the quarter final.
Samoa scored first in the corner to take a 5-0 lead.
Jerry Tuwai got Fiji back in the game with a try just before half time as Fiji led 7-5 at half time.
Kaminieli Rasaku and Sevuloni Mocenacagi got two further tries for Fiji to extend their lead to 21-5.
Samoa got a consolation try.
Fiji will play Australia at 11.33 tonight.
The cup semi finals will begin at 10.35 tonight while the final will be played at 6.54am tomorrow.
