The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians put in another inspiring and gutsy performance as they lost to the All Blacks 60-13 in their second test match.
Fiji born All Blacks winger Sevu Reece scored a hat-trick for the All Blacks while their other tries were scored by Will Jordan, Rieko Ioane, Ardie Savea, Shannon Frizell and Samisoni Taukei'aho.
Peni Ravai scored the lone try for Fiji while Ben Volavola kicked a conversion and two penalties.
Fiji started the match on a high as they rattled the All Blacks and got the first points from a penalty after a penalty advantage.
Fiji matched the All Blacks in their own lineouts and at the breakdown area as they did last week.
Sevu Reece scored his first try in the 14th minute after a set-piece move from a lineout.
Fiji got the possession from the restart and won a penalty which was converted by Volavola as the All Blacks led 7-6.
Richie Mo’unga kicked a penalty to extend the All Blacks lead to 10-7 after they failed to breach the Fijian defence.
Reece got his second try from a scrum move after Fiji had knocked the ball on inside their own half.
He then got his third in the 35th minute while Leone Nakarawa was sin binned after the Fiji team was given a warning for repeated infringement.
Ardie Savea got the fourth try for the All Blacks as they took a 29-6 lead at half-time.
The All Blacks got a perfect start to the second half as Will Jordan got their fifth try after another scrum move as Nemani Nadolo knocked on from the restart.
Peni Ravai scored the try for Fiji after another impressive lineout move from Fiji as the closed the gap to 36-13.
The All Blacks sealed the win with tries to debutant Samisoni Taukei'aho and Shannon Frizell.
After the match captain Leone Nakarawa talked about their discipline and says they never lose, they always learn.
Reece says he will always cherish these two matches against Fiji.
