Fiji group ELENA joins Pacific Break

Fiji’s ELENA group is the latest entry to Pacific Break 2012.

ELENA is made up of lead vocalist Elena Baravilala, a backup singer and four band members.

They describe their music as being a mixture of R&B, reggae, soul, blues and jazz.

Meanwhile, Pacific Break is a Radio Australia’s competition to discover musical talent.

The winner will get the opportunity to travel to Australia to record a demo, showcase their music talents and learn the tricks of the trade from industry professionals.

Last year, Fiji’s BSQ was crowned the winner of Pacific Break.
