The leaders met during the High-Level Regional Consultation on Financing for Development in Asia and the Pacific at the UN Conference Centre in Bangkok.
The meeting highlighted the strong and ongoing collaboration between Fiji and UNESCAP, focusing on regional integration and sustainable development in the Pacific.
The Deputy Prime Minister also reinforced Fiji’s commitment to working with UNESCAP to advance development goals and ensure a resilient and prosperous future for the Pacific region.
