We are confident that we can give New Zealand a tough game as anything can happen in the field of football with the right focus and determination.
This was highlighted by Fiji under 23 Men’s head coach Robert Sherman as they prepare to take on New Zealand in the OFC Men’s under 23 Olympic Qualifier final.
He says Fiji’s performance has shown improvements throughout the tournament and are now powered to finish the final on a high note and hope to secure a spot in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Captain Etonia Dogalau has been a consistent goal scorer and his presence will be a threat to the opponent.
Fiji will face host New Zealand at 7pm tonight at North Harbour Stadium, Auckland.
