Two Fiji citizens will be the first ever participant to attend the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program known as JET.
Unaisi Vukica one of the participants will be based at Okinawa Prefecture while Paulinie Vesikula at Nanjou City and both will be assisting Japanese teachers in teaching English to primary schools.
Twenty-two-year-old Pauline Vesikula said that she had always wanted to be a teacher and this will be a good opportunity for her to explore her teaching skills.
