Fiji Water hands over $50,000 to Rotary Pacific Water for Life Foundation

The Fiji Water Foundation has handed over $50,000 to the Rotary Pacific Water for Life Foundation that would see the expansion of the foundation’s program in increasing access to safe drinking water and sanitation for those living in rural communities.

Fiji Water CEO Rokoseru Nabalarua says that 45 communities and school have directly benefitted since Fiji Water’s partnership with Rotary.

Nabalarua says the money would be used to expand Rotary Pacific Water for Life Foundation’s program launched in 2007.

He says Fiji Water is committed to providing Fijians with access to clean water and sanitation and is proud to continue to work with Rotary in pursuit of this goal.

Rotary Foundation Chairman John Lewis says the money will allow them to the increase public health awareness, better infrastructure solutions and skill training towards improving rural water supply.
