The Fiji Touch Rugby presented their i-Tatau to President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere at the State House today as they will be competing in the Asian Pacific Touch Championship in Brisbane, Australia from next Friday to Sunday.
One team will be leaving next Monday and another team will leave on Tuesday. Ratu Wiliame congratulated the players for making the team and wished them well for the tournament.
He says touch rugby is an upcoming sport in the country, and representing Fiji will inspire other youth to take part in this sport.
The Head of State has advised them to go with confidence.
