Fiji Sun has apologised to the National Federation Party Leader Professor Biman Prasad for an article published on Saturday 28th March, 2020 regarding civil service pay which it says may have implied that Prasad was a liar.
This follows a Deed of Settlement between Fiji Sun and NFP.
In an apology published today, the newspaper says there was no malice intended and they apologise to Prasad for any inconvenience caused.
Prasad had taken Fiji Sun to court regarding the matter.
