The Fiji Red Cross Society is targetting to help 131 communities and 36,305 people next year.
To help fund this initiative the Fiji Red Cross Society had a Fundraising Morning Tea today which coincides with their annual national appeal.
Director General of the Fiji Red Cross, Filipe Nainoca says they have a total of 15 branches across Fiji and next year they will be reviving the Rotuma and Rabi branches.
Nainoca says last year they helped 18,865 people.
