Fiji Pine Limited has planted over 2 million pine trees this year in support of the Governments “4 Million Trees in 4 Years Initiative”.
Fiji Pine Limited says they planted a total 2,213,623 pine trees.
They say their contribution towards the fight against climate change is enormous as they know that climate change is an issue that is affecting everyone in the Pacific Islands.
Fiji Pine Limited says 537,657 trees were planted in Nabou, 511,615 trees were planted in Nadi, 216,778 pine trees were planted in Lololo, 109,944 pine trees has been planted in Ra, 605,206 pine trees were planted in Bua and 232,421 have been planted in Macuata.
