The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s side is in a pool of death in the upcoming HSBC Singapore 7s as they are pooled alongside New Zealand and the USA.
There will be 4 pools in this tournament with three teams in one pool.
Fiji finished 4th in the recent Hong Kong 7s after losing to Australia 22-21 in the third-place playoff.
They are currently in second place with 76 points in the overall Men’s World 7s Series standings.
Argentina, who won the Hong Kong 7s title, currently leads the points table with 88 points.
Argentina is in Pool A with Great Britain and South Africa, France is in Pool B with Ireland and Kenya, while Australia, Spain and Uruguay are in Pool C.
The Singapore 7s will be held this Saturday and Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s is in Pool D with France and Ireland.
