Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay has celebrated its 5th year anniversary.

Resort General Manager, Silvano Dressino says one of Marriott’s core values is to celebrate cultural diversity and inclusion and he has witnessed hundreds of people of many nationalities and skills work closely together to create and open the first Marriott Hotel in beautiful Momi Bay on April 1st, 2017.

He says since then, their Marriott service culture has well merged with Fiji’s warm Bula spirit.

Dressino says together with efforts from sister properties, the Sheraton and Westin resorts in Denarau, the Solia Lesu foundation was established in April 2020, paving opportunities to give back and provide essential needs and support towards the local communities.

Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay has also received awards for best Fijian property in the South Pacific for 2020 and 2021.

Na Tui Nalolo, Ratu Kini Vosailagi from the Landowning community and Ratu Isoa Makutu who was representing Fiji National Provident Funds were present at the function.
