Fiji FA working on a Plan B should weather deteriorate in Labasa

The CEO of the Fiji Football Association Mohammed Yusuf says the semi-finals and final of the Vodafone Fiji FACT are still scheduled to take place in Labasa this weekend however they are also working on a Plan B should the weather deteriorate over the weekend.

Yusuf says they cannot reveal as yet what their Plan B is as they will first discuss about the impending weather situation.

A heavy rain alert is now in force for Viti Levu, the eastern and interior parts of Vanua Levu which include areas from Labasa, Savusavu and Seaqaqa, Taveuni, Kadavu and the Yasawa, Mamanuca and the Lomaiviti Group.

The second half of the Nadi – Rewa match will start at 11.45am this Saturday at Subrail Park while Suva will take on Labasa at 1pm in the second semi-final.

The final will start at 1pm Sunday and you can catch the live commentaries on Radio Sargam.
