A new call centre, Pacific Centrecom (Fiji) Limited has been setup in Suva by Fiji Airways.
The Call Centre is a joint venture between Pacific Call Comm Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiji Airways and Australian-Maltese company, Centre Com Pacific PTY Limited.
Fiji Airways CEO and Managing Director Stefan Pichler said the call centre which has employed 40 people will be taking calls from Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Hong Kong.
Pichler also says they will try to expand the company.
The investment cost for Pacific Centrecom (Fiji) Limited is over a million dollars.
