The Digicel Fiji 7s team is 100 percent physically and mentally ahead of their opening pool game against Niue tomorrow afternoon.
Speaking to Fijivillage from Gold Coast, assistant coach, Eddy Waqa says although the side just spent less than two weeks together in their preparations their aim is like any other team in the IRB 7s series.
The Fiji 7s team will need to be in the top 2 from their pool to advance to the quarterfinal on Saturday.
They will play Niue in their first game at 5.25pm then Kenya at 8.31pm before the last pool game against New Zealand at 12.14 am on Saturday.
If Fiji qualifies from their pool they will meet either England or Wales in the quarterfinal on Saturday.
