The team was hosted to a dinner at Dratabu village last night.

Hundreds of people from all walks of life lined up in many areas in Nadi yesterday afternoon.

It took the team almost two hours to go from Raffles Gateway to Dratabu village as people came out in numbers with their banners and flags to show their support to the team.

They will leave Nadi for Suva at 10 this morning and will make key stopovers on the way to allow the fans to meet the National 7s team.

Stay with us as we will give you the exact time on when the team will pass your area along the Queens Highway.

A march is being planned for 4pm today from the Suva Flea Market to Albert Park.

Formalities will then take place at Albert Park with the newly appointed Fiji Rugby Union Chairman, Francis Kean addressing the victorious team and fans.

A special fireworks display will follow to celebrate the win.

A team from New Zealand is being brought in to do this.

The Vodafone Fiji 7s players will receive $78,000 in bonus payments.

Stay with us as we will bring you the latest updates on the National 7s team victory celebrations.
