The Fiji Airways Men's National 7s Team players are motivated to improve their performance when the HSBC World 7s Series resumes.
In the Vancouver 7s in March, Fiji finished in 7th place after losing to New Zealand 17-5 in the cup quarterfinals and USA 40-14 in the 5th place semifinal.
The London and Paris 7s is expected to be held in September while the Singapore and Hong Kong 7s is expected to take place in October.
Coach Gareth Baber says what drives players to become better is looking at their weaknesses from past tournaments and learning from them.
Baber says this is where strategic planning comes into play which helps to improve players performance and their mentality before heading into another tournament.
The Fiji 7s Men’s National 7s team players are individually conducting their training and they are continuously updating Baber on their progress.
