Fifty participants have graduated from Digicel’s year long leadership programme today.

Digicel ASPIRE is a development programme designed to provide leadership training for high potential Digicel staff to support and prepare them to move into future leadership positions within its business.

From the 50 staff who participated in the program, 30 staff were from the Digicel business in PNG and 20 from Digicel's Hub markets which cover Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu and Nauru.

The year long programme was a combination of learning methods such as classroom training, on the job training, mentoring, coaching, recommended reading materials, quarterly Meet the CEO sessions, Lunch and Learn sessions and observer seats at board meetings.

Digicel Human Resources Director Pacific Ann Steele says the programme is another example of the continued commitment from Digicel to build leadership capacity across its markets.
