Drua fans at Churchill Park today

Excitement is building up as many people are decked out in Drua attire in Lautoka City to watch the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua take on the Auckland Blues at Churchill Park this afternoon.

Akanisi from Yasawa says she has come with her twin sons and daughter to cheer for the Drua.

She says her favourite player is Frank Lomani.

She predicts the Drua’s Eroni Sau will score first in the match.

Akanisi is urging everyone to come out in numbers and support the Drua.

Apenisa Waqawai who is a die-hard Drua fan says the game is going to be tough but the Drua have the home crowd advantage.

He says if the Drua can win against the Crusaders then they can definitely beat the Blues.

A Blues fan from Samoa who lives in Suva is urging other Blues fans to not be scared and come and support their team and help them beat the Drua.

You can also get your tickets at any Jacks of Fiji outlet, Lautoka City Council and at selected Shop N Save supermarkets.

The Drua and the Blues have arrived at Churchill Park for the culture round clash. The match kicks off at 2.05pm today.

Gates are now open.

In other games today, Moana Pasifika face the Rebels at 4.35pm, the undefeated Chiefs host the Crusaders at 7.05pm and the Reds play the Force at 9.35pm.

Last night, the Hurricanes beat the Brumbies 32-27 while the Waratahs beat the Highlanders 21-20.
