A 63 year old man and his wife is still in a state of shock after their 6 bedroom flat was burned down at around 1.30pm today.
A relative, Seema Prakash who witnessed the fire said that the couple and their tenants in an adjacent flat were lucky to have survived the fire.
Police spokesperson, Isspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the Police and National Fire Authority officials are currently at the scene trying to ascertain the cause of the fire.
It is understood the old couple were at home while the other family was in town when the fire started.
