The Fiji Rugby Union says the ANZ Stadium would be the suitable venue for the Namosi vs Nadroga Farebrother Sullivan Trophy Challenge on the 19th of this month and they will have discussions with the Namosi Rugby Union.
CEO John O'Connor says Namosi as the holder of the trophy determines where the game will be played but the FRU is working with the unions for big matches because of the 50% capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions.
He says this is why the last Farebrother Sullivan Trophy challenge was held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva instead of Namosi’s regular home ground which is Thompson Park in Navua.
O'Connor says they will have discussions with Namosi Rugby and make decisions accordingly.
Looking at this week’s fixtures Suva will host Namosi this Saturday at the ANZ Stadium, Naitasiri plays Yasawa, Nadroga battles Lautoka while Tailevu faces Nadi.
