The Fiji Roads Authority says a heavy equipment roller belonging to China Railway Fifth Group, which was parked on Raralevu Road in Rewa was set on fire over the weekend.
The FRA says the damages will further slow down road works which have already been affected by cyclones this year.
It says the matter has been reported to Police.
