FRA carrying out final road works in Lami tomorrow

The Fiji Roads Authority will begin their final phase of road works in Lami tomorrow.

FRA confirms that works will start on Friday at 9am up till 3pm in the afternoon.

Work will resume in the evening from 7pm and will be completed at around 11am Saturday.

The final road works will bring to an end several weeks of works which caused frustration and delays for motorists.

The FRA say that once the project is complete the improved road will provide a more comfortable and safer journey for motorists with more visible signs and road markings.

Travellers along the area are advised to expect delays and to take this into account when finalizing travel plans.
