FRA assures people that road works in Lami will be completed by Sunday night if weather permits

The Fiji Roads Authority is assuring people that road works along along Lami will be completed by Sunday night if the weather permits.

The road works were delayed over the weekend due to rain.

Thousands of people have been affected by the traffic jams along Queens Highway on a daily basis. 

Fiji Roads Authority CEO, Jonathan Moore had said they have to carry out the road works along Lami and people that are affected by traffic will just have to accept it as it is a short term inconvenience for a long term benefit.
