More than 300,000 members of the Fiji National Provident Fund will no longer have to stand in a queue or visit a FNPF office for information as they will now be able to access it through the FNPF online service which was launched yesterday.
The online service will allow members, employers and pensioners to access critical information online.
According to FNPF, employers can prepare their employees’ monthly contribution and submit it electronically.
They can also view the monthly contribution online.
The members can view their statement and their eligibility amounts for housing, education and medical withdrawal grounds while pensioners can view their recent pension payments and nominee details.
Finance Ministry Permanent Secretary Filimoni Waqabaca, who launched the new service, said this will empower members, employers and pensioners a convenient option of accessing services at their own time.
