The Fiji National Provident Fund and Post Fiji Limited this afternoon signed a Memorandum of Agreement on the outsourcing of member statements processing.
The new arrangement will see Post Fiji printing, processing and posting FNPF member statements.
FNPF CEO Aisake Taito said that what used to take six weeks in the past will now take less than forty eight hours.
Apart from the benefit to the Fund through efficiency gains, the new service will ensure member statements are also made available upon request through electronic delivery systems like emails.
