FEO launches revamped General Elections app

You will now be able to get the results of the 2022 General Elections on the palm of your hands following the launch of the revamped General Elections Results App.

Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Sameem says you will be able to see the total number of votes each party has received, votes in each division and total percentage of votes received by each party.

He says you will also be able to see the difference in votes since the last update on the app.

Saneem says the app will also show total number of votes each party has received, votes in each division and percentage of vote, votes received by each candidate and results in each polling venue as well.

The Supervisor adds the app was developed by the staff of the Fijian Election Office.

Electoral Commission Chair, Mukesh Nand says with the results being delivered in a more user friendly manner, the confidence level of Fijians in elections will also increase.

He says the participation level will also be enhanced and Fijians will feel good that an opportunity to access election results in the palm of their own hands at their own convenience, so that they could do their own analysis.

Nand says people can also do their own assessments and they can do their own predictions.
