Expect rain in the next few days

Expect rain in the next few days if you live in Viti Levu, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Yasawa, Mamanuca Group and Southern Lau as a trough of low pressure continues to affect the Fiji group.

If you live in Suva, Nausori and Navua expect heavy rain today.

For those of you living in Sigatoka and the Coral Coast, Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua and Rakiraki expect occasional rain.

The trough of low pressure is slowly moving to the south of Fiji.

The Nadi Weather Office is warning that heavy rain may lead to flash flooding in low lying areas.
