The Fiji Fashion Week 2017 event will be the biggest show yet and will highlight the marked developments and successes since 2008.
Managing Director Ellen Whippy Knight says they have had many successes in developing designers and the industry within Fiji and the Pacific that they have decided to celebrate these achievements by having the color GOLD as the theme of the event.
Knight says Gold represents many emotions, passions, courage, love and compassion and it is also evoking sparkle, glitz and glamour which is the perfect combination for the theme for Fiji Fashion Week 2017.
The 2017 program will begin on Saturday 25 March with the Miss Teen Model Competition ‑ which will select a new and exciting model to be the face of the eventand close with the Gold
Couture Show as the grand finale of established designers on Saturday 27 May.
Fiji Fashion Week will be held on 22 to the 27 May 2017 at the Vodafone Arena with a series of associated fashion events held in and around Suva.
