Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Coach Glen Jackson says the biggest learning is that everyone has to be treated equal.
Jackson says they want to thank the media for spreading what happened on their last trip to play the Hurricanes in Napier in round 2 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.
Fans are up in arms over the way the team was treated where the team had to travel in a truck to their hotel from the airport.
There were also other things like the team not being able to stay in their rooms until just before kickoff as well as the neck roll on co-captain Tevita Ikanivere in the Waratahs game in round 3.
Jackson says they have had an explanation and they are not a club to continue to moan about things.
He told the players that this cannot derail or distract them.
