Fiji Water Flying Fijians kicking coach, Seremaia Bai says they know England have threats all over the park, with the quality of their kicking.
He says they just need to keep hold of the ball, building phases, being patient, ball carrying – those fundamentals.
The former Flying Fijian says he thinks they can move the ball around better on the field as that is something they talked about after the Portugal game.
On the importance of competing at the breakdown he says we're known for trying to get our hands on the ball but England will try to get the ball away from us.
Bai says he thinks it is very important that we have Botia and some of our loose forwards who are very good at the breakdown, but it's a balance with not giving away soft penalties.
He adds it is going to be a really good battle because some of their players are very good at that breakdown area.
Fiji play England in the third quarter-final at 3am Monday.
In other RWC quarter finals, Wales will play Argentina at 3am Sunday, Ireland will take on the All Blacks at 7am on Sunday and hosts France will play South Africa at 7am next Monday
