One of the most special things about sports, particularly rugby is players from two teams are worst enemies for the whole duration of a game but straight after the final whistle, the comradery kicks back in.
This was evident after the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific round 8 clash between the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua and the Brumbies last night when cameras caught Wallabies and Brumbies halfback Nic White coaching Fijian Drua’s halfback Peni Matawalu with some tips on being a halfback.
White, one of the best halfbacks in the world right now was seen enthusiastically giving Matawalu tips and the response from his counterpart was priceless as he listened with keenness.
Amazing that the cameras caught this. Peer to peer coaching is still the most important and impactful form of coaching. You should all be encouraging your players to do this post game. Nic White passing on some advice 👇 pic.twitter.com/UDfYC8vl0f

A tweeter posted on their account about the delightful scene at GIO Stadium after the game saying "Peer-to-peer coaching is still the most important and impactful form of coaching. You should all be encouraging your players to do this post-game.”
Meanwhile, the Brumbies brushed aside a courageous fightback from the Fijian Drua last night to win 43-28.
