Ejaz Mohammed charged with possession of illicit drugs to take plea today

A man charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs and unlawful importation of illicit drugs will appear in the Suva Magistrates Court today to take his plea.

It is alleged that Ejaz Mohammed without lawful authority, was in possession of 41.6 grams of methamphetamine.

Magistrate Asanga Bodaragama had granted Mohammed a cash bail.
