The Parramatta Eels have retained top place on the NRL points table after Round 7 with 12 points, followed closely by the Penrith Panthers with 11 points while defending NRL champions the Roosters are in third place with 10 points.
Melbourne Storm is in fourth place with 10 points while the Newcastle Knights have dropped to fifth place with 9 points.
Looking at last night's results, the Cronulla Sharks defeated the Sea Eagles 40-22 and the Wests Tigers beat the Bulldogs 34-6.
In Round 8 of the NRL this week, Storm will take on the Roosters at 9.50pm Thursday, the Raiders will face the Dragons at 8pm Friday, the Eels will play the Cowboys at 9.55pm Friday, the Titans will take on the Sharks at 5pm Saturday, the Broncos will face the Warriors at 7.30pm Saturday while the Wests Tigers will play the Panthers at 9.35pm Saturday.
