To minimize exam paper leakages, the Ministry of Education will now have experts with a Masters Degree preparing them.
Minister Dr Mahendra Reddy says these experts will be supported by graduates with very high grade point average.
Reddy says this will minimize leakages as teachers will not be involved in exam paper preparations.
He adds that they have removed the curriculum based assessment so that teachers can now spend all their time teaching.
