Ebuto Road in Ba closed to all traffic

Ebuto Crossing on Ebuto Road in Ba is closed to all traffic after sustaining structural damages due to the continuous heavy rain.

The Fiji Roads Authority is urging drivers travelling to Ba Town from Bukuya end to use alternative routes through the Nausori Highland Road in Nadi, while drivers travelling to Nadrugu, Tabaquto, Tabalei and Bukuya Villages from Navala Road end are advised to use alternative routes through Nadarivatu Road, Tavua or Nausori Highland Road, Nadi.

They say traffic management and detour signs are in place at strategic locations on either end of the crossing or road junctions.

People are advised to take note of the public advisory when finalising their travel plans.
