The fatal accident in Korovuto, Nadi

Police are yet to charge a 23-year-old man who is alleged to have caused an accident that claimed the life of a farmer of Sarava, Ba.

The accident occurred on Queen's Road along Korovuto in Nadi on Saturday morning.

Police have confirmed the victim was a passenger in the vehicle driven by the 23-year-old man which was heading towards Nadi from Suva.

It is alleged the driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to veer off the road and collided with a street light post.
