Those are the words of Land Force Commander Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga while delivering his eulogy at the funeral service of the late Colonel Dr Jona Baravilala Senilagakali.
Colonel Tikoitoga said Dr Senilagakali’s experience in the civil service and military stood out during a time of need.
Dr Senilagakali is survived by his wife Atelaite and 5 children.
Also attending the funeral service this morning was the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau, Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama and close family in Fiji and abroad.
