Donation towards Lomaivuna High School to boost learning environment

Close to 369 students of Lomaivuna High School will now have better access to a more conducive learning environment after the donation of 200 sets of desks and chairs by the Office of the Prime Minister.

While speaking at the handover of the desks and chairs Office of the Prime Minister, Deputy Secretary, Sakeasi Waikere says that the $30,000 assistance will help build a robust foundation which prioritizes education.

He adds that with proper education facilities and healthy environment education students can further better their performance in school.

Lomaivuna High School principal, Robin Henry acknowledged the assistance to the students and says that the donation of desks and chairs, which includes six tables for teachers, will replace the old furniture that were previously used by students.
