Flying Fijians head coach Samu Domoni Junior’s fate will be known next week.
After the Fiji Rugby Union board went through the investigation process with the management team and the players yesterday, they had made the decision that they will make the announcement next week on the coaching role.
Domoni’s contract as coach comes to an end after the Rugby World Cup.
As for the players, the board has found that most of the overseas players did not give their heart for the nation in wearing the national jumper but instead enjoyed the benefits of getting financial allowances.
The FRU board has found that most of the overseas players did not listen to the management team and lacked team work during the Rugby World Cup.
Also highlighted is that the overseas coaching staff played a major role in the downfall of the team where they moved away from the Fijian flair of rugby which was evident in their game.
