Fiji Water Flying Fijians and Swire Shipping Fijians Drua prop Mesake Doge has set his goal of getting fitter and better for the 2025 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season.
While speaking to fijivillage News, Doge says playing in the Super Rugby Pacific Competition, it is important to know that there is a need to be much fitter than before.
Doge says for him, getting fitter and getting faster is mainly the main goal.
When asked about his injury recovery, Doge says coming back from rehab after the All Blacks game has been going really well and he has started running this week.
He says he is looking forward to getting even better as it is not easy coming back from surgery, but rehab is a process.
He adds it is also a good place to rejuvenate the mindset and just move forward.
The Fijian Drua side marched into camp today to start their pre-season training camp.
The Drua will host the Brumbies for the first time in Suva on the 15th of February 2025 in round 1 of the competition next season.
