Digicel launches new app to give customers a better mobile experience

Digicel Fiji has launched a new app called the ‘My Digicel App’ which is aimed at increasing and allowing customers to manage their overall mobile experience.

Digicel Fiji Chief Executive Darren McLean says that once the app is downloaded, it will be free to use and will not cost a single megabyte of the customer’s data.

McLean says that they are always looking for ways to enhance their customer’s mobile experience as the world has become more data-centric.

McLean adds that the app is the first of its kind and is a full service self-care app which is designed to empower the consumer to activate more plans by making them more accessible.
