It was a memorable early Christmas celebration for the Children from Saint Christopher’s Home and Dilkusha Home.

This follows the lighting of the biggest Christmas tree in the South Pacific at Ratu Sukuna Park by Digicel Fiji last night.

The children started off a march to Sukuna Park which was led by the Salvation Army Band.

They were also treated to entertainment, rides and dinner at Ratu Sukuna Park which was hosted by Digicel Fiji.

19‑year‑old Vere from Saint Christopher’s Home says they are fortunate to be part of the celebration and they will always cherish it.

Vere also says Christmas to them is a special celebration as they get to bond closer with the Saint Christopher’s Home family.

Meanwhile, 19‑year‑old Shalvina from Dilkusha Home says they were happy to be part of the celebration last night.

Digicel Fiji also announced an enhanced Bonanza offer for the festive season.

CEO Darren McLean says for the first time in Fiji customers can receive 4UP on their recharge, and use it all to call and text any network in Fiji and international destinations.

McLean says the Bonanza free credit can also call or text 15 top international destinations which include Digicel mobiles in the Pacific and also Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, China, South Korea, India, UK, Japan and Malaysia.
