The General Secretary of the Pacific Conference of Churches, Reverend James Bhagwan says developed nations like Australia are playing on the desperation of Pacific island countries when it comes to decisive action on climate change and reducing carbon emissions.
While speaking at the Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Reverend Bhagwan says the Pacific desperately needs the help from the bigger nations, and he says the COVID-19 vaccines being given by Australia is vaccine diplomacy.
