31-year-old Paul Pogba remains determined to return to the pitch for Juventus despite the doping allegations that led to his suspension.

The midfielder’s four-year ban which began in September 2023, was recently reduced to 18 months after the Court of Arbitration for Sport acknowledged that he did not intentionally take a banned substance.

Pogba says he did not check the supplement properly but denied being a cheater, emphasizing his love for the game and fair play.

He is now eligible to resume training in January and play again in March next year.

Pogba says he is eager to rejoin Juventus and leave the controversy behind.

He says it’s tough training alone but is focused on coming back stronger.

He further says he thought about quitting but was encouraged to keep going by his wife.

Pogba is looking forward to playing for Juventus with his contract running until 2026 and hopes to make a comeback to the French national team despite being away from international football since 2022.
