Hae-reiti Hetet is at loosehead prop alongside Mesulame Dolokoto at hooker and Samuela Tawake at tighthead.
A new lock combination sees Viliame Rarasea partnering with Chris Minimbi with both players also getting their first starts this season.
The backrow sees Joseva Tamani start at blindside flanker, Vilive Miramira at openside and Derenalagi at number 8.
Frank Lomani starts at halfback partnering with Teti Tela who is at flyhalf.
The midfield combination sees Tuidraki Samusamuvodre move to inside centre partnering with Apisalome Vota at outside centre.
Vinaya Habosi starts his 8th straight match on the left wing, with Selestino Ravutaumada on the right wing and Kitione Ratu at fullback.
The Fijian Drua meet the Brumbies at 9.45pm Saturday.
