It will be a delightful Diwali for the Nausori market vendors as they are very excited to celebrate Diwali in a new market.
A 57-year-old Nausori market vendor Salote Delasau says that all the market vendors, regardless of their race and religion have contributed in decorating the inside of the Nausori market.
Delasau says they chose to use balloons which are white, yellow, red and blue in color which depicts purity, friendship, love and peace respectfully.
Meanwhile, Nausori Rewa Market Vendors Association President, Narend Prasad says they managed to collect $1,200 for the decorations.
Diwali will be celebrated this Wednesday.
