Defending champions, Lautoka first team to qualify for TIV Sangam Convention soccer tournament quarter finals

Defending champions, Lautoka is the first team to qualify for the quarter finals of the 2023 TIV Sangam Convention tournament after thrashing Varoko 5-0 in the first Round of 16 match today.

In other results of Round of 16 matches, Middlemore beat Tabucola 2-1, Sydney beat Valley 2-0, Nadi thrashed Nalovo 7-0 while Hamilton beat Solovi 4-1.

In other Round of 16 matches this afternoon, Rifle Range will take on Vatiyaka, Rewa will take on Rakiraki, Valley will take on Sydney while Botany will take on Ba.

The quarter-finals begin at 4.45pm.

The semi final matches and final will be played tomorrow.
