Ratu Kadavulevu School and Marist Brothers High School had a high-intensity game in the Vodafone Super Deans U17 final, with RKS edging Marist 35-34 at the HFC Bank Stadium this afternoon.
Tevita Rokosuka scored two tries out of the twelve scored by both sides.
It was a tit-for-tat game as both sides kept each other on their feet, trading tries till the dying seconds of the game.
RKS was leading 21-17 at half-time.
In the second half, Lemeki Ratuvukivuki started things off for RKS, and Marist responded with a try to Saverio Tavakai, bringing the score to 28-22 to RKS.
Sairusi Rokotuva scored another two tries for RKS, while Semi Vuakilau was able to get one back for Marist, bringing the points to 34-35.
In other results, RKS won the U14 final, defeating MGM High School 22-8, Suva Grammar School beat Marist Brothers High School 31-24 and Suva Grammar beat Lelean Memorial School 29-12 in the U16 final.

The Suva Grammar School team secured the U16 title after besting Lelean Memorial School 29-14 at the Vodafone Super Deans Competition.
Ilimotama Jason started things off for Grammar, crossing over the try line in the first five minutes, quickly followed by Mosese Koroidua, who got one back for Lelean to trail 5-7.
Josua Tawake and Koroidua extended the lead for Grammar to lead 19-7 at half-time.
In the second half, Grammar was able to score two more tries, while Vetaia Rasoa had the last say for Lelean to end the game at 29-14.
Looking at other results, RKS beat MGM High School 22-8, and Suva Grammar beat Marist Brothers High School 31-24.

Suva Grammar School winger Amani Navatubuli helped his U15 side to a 31-24 win over Marist Brothers High School in the final after scoring a double this morning.
In a game where the lead changed hands a couple of times, Navatubuli got on the board first with a converted try, with Marist quickly following suit with one of their own.
Marist winger Ebenezer Saukuru moved them ahead with another try before Grammar's flanker, Kasimino, reigned them in with a converted try.
Grammar hooker Edward Tanoa got his name on the scoring board to which Marist's Eneri Radule answered with a converted try for the teams to go into the break locked at 19-all.
In the second half, Marist only managed to get one unconverted try, while Grammar scored another 12 points to win the game.
In other results, RKS won the U14 final, defeating MGM High School 22-8.
The Ratu Kadavulevu School U14 side has secured the Vodafone Super Deans title after defeating Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School 22-8 at the HFC Bank Stadium this morning.
While MGM scored first in the fifth minute, they were not able to capitalise on the opportunities as they only managed to get another penalty to their name.
RKS managed to get their names on the scoreboard after scoring a converted try, closing the gap to 8-7 at the break.
In the second half, RKS first- five Isikeli Tavailagi, was able to marshall his troops, even crossing over for a try of his own.
Hooker Saimoni Naqaya, hammered home the final nail in the coffin scoring the last try to close things out at 22-8 to RKS.
